Graham Chamber of Commerce Board Room Usage Policy
- The purpose of the Board Room is to provide meeting space for the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Chamber committees and to support other Chamber functions.
- Chamber of Commerce members may reserve the Board Room, free of charge, on a first come first serve basis.
- Chamber members and events shall take precedence over non-members.
- Non-members may reserve the Board Room for use during normal business hours. A rental fee of $30 per day will be charged.
- If a date is requested by two or more groups the second request shall be added to a waiting list. The staff will call and offer the date if it becomes available.
- The use of the Board Room is a membership benefit to members and a revenue source for the Chamber when utilized by non-members. The Board Room may be used for meeting and training purposes, and may not be used for commercial purposes.
- Meals may be brought in however; it is the responsibility of the groups using the Board Room to leave it as it was found. Extra trash bags are available on the shelf in the hall closet. If the Board Room is left in need of cleaning or repair, fee will be assessed.
- When the Board Room is reserved for evening or weekend use, the key may be picked up from the Chamber office up to 48 hours in advance between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. The key will be signed out by a member of the Chamber staff. The key should be returned within two business days to the Chamber office during regular business hours. If it becomes necessary to replace the locks due to an un-returned key, the cost may be assessed to the member with the outstanding key.
- The Board Room is not available for the storage of supplies or equipment.
- The Board Room is not available for activities predominantly involving children.
