You Lead is a leadership training program designed to develop and cultivate leaders within the community. Each class is made up of a diverse group representing many different organizations within Young County. It is an interactive learning program that teaches leadership skills and provides training and education.
Class members are provided with a comprehensive overview of the county and learn about many different programs, industry and organizations. Class days are a combination of local information enriched with leadership training, including speakers from various disciplines. One of the most important components, every class does a service project as the practical application of leadership.
You Lead is a jointly coordinated program by the Graham Chamber of Commerce and the Texas AgriLIFE Extension Service.
